Indigenous Achievement Week (IAW) is an annual University of Saskatchewan event that celebrates Métis, First Nations and Inuit students, staff, faculty and alumni’s successes. This year’s IAW is scheduled for March 4 to 8, 2024.

Throughout the week there will be various events hosted by USask units and colleges. Including:

  • A grounding circle to start the week off in a good way. 

  • The Indigenous Student Achievement Awards Ceremony The awards take place Wednesday, March 6 at Marquis Hall. The awards celebrate Indigenous student success. Students will be honoured for their academic achievement, community engagement, leadership, research and resiliency. 2024 award winners

Indigenous Student Career Fair

We are pleased to invite you to our Indigenous Student Career Fair on Tuesday, March 19, at the Gordon Oakes Red Bear Student Centre, 11 am- 3 pm. Explore 10+ exhibitor booths from varied industries who have come to share their passions, answer questions, and attract inspired USask talent like you! 

Attending the Career Fair will provide an incredible opportunity for you to explore various career paths, network with these potential employers, and gain valuable insights into your future.

All Indigenous Students are welcome to attend! Please present a valid student card for admission.
